When checking the UPS online site for tracking status of your package, your UPS Tracking Number results may display "No Information Found". If this should happen, there is no cause for concern. Please note that UPS Tracking Status Information may not be available online until the following morning after your package has been shipped. Please try rechecking the UPS tracking number status again at a later time. If the UPS Tracking responds with "Invalid Tracking Number", please recheck the tracking number to make sure that it was entered correctly. US Postal shipping methods are self insured, so if you have a loss, you are required to file a Federal Theft of Mail complaint with the US Postal Inspector's Office by clicking here. Then place a theft report with local law enforcement, and provide us with the Police report number so that we can replace the stolen shipment.
